A Simple Audio/Visual Relaxation Tool.

At 2 minutes 30 seconds long this is a really quick way to take just a little time to relax and refocus. You'll need to be somewhere where you can safely zone out for a couple of minutes (so not whilst you're driving!) and ideally have a pair of headphones to hand.

You can simply close your eyes and listen to the music or, if you prefer a more visual relaxation option, use the images on screen to help you unwind a little. 

As you watch or listen try to put any thoughts that pop into your head to one side. Take deep, slow breaths - in through your nose and out through your mouth.
